What’s the difference between your monthly plans? With both plans, you get our complete practice management software. Our DC Plus plan is geared towards those who are self-learners and don’t require live support. With this plan, clients have access to our complete library of video tutorials and comprehensive knowledgebase. Our DC Pro plan includes everything offered in our DC Plus plan, plus live phone support and 24/7 web-based and email support.

Do you guys charge extra for additional users? You can add an unlimited number of users to ChiroFusion at no cost. This includes front desk staff, CA’s, and billing personnel. If you want to add additional Providers to your account, they would be charged for a monthly subscription. We offer discounts for offices with more than 2 Providers. Please call us to discuss your specific needs.

Can you tell me more about your training & support? All clients, regardless of the plan they choose, receive four hours of live, one-on-one training with our friendly and knowledgeable team of training specialists. Additionally, all clients also have access to our complete library of video tutorials that include step-by-step instructions for all features of our practice management software. We also offer live phone and 24/7 web-based support for clients with a support plan.

How soon can I get started? We can have you up and running within a few hours. Because we are 100% cloud-based, there’s never any software to install or special hardware required to run our software. Moreover, when you choose a cloud-based practice management software, you’ll never have to worry about software updates, hardware upgrades and maintenance, data backups, or software crashes. We offer our clients a stress-free experience at a unbeatable price.

Am I able to switch between plans? Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. If you start with our DC Plus plan and wish to add support at a later date, we offer the following options. Three months of unlimited support @ $99/month or six months of unlimited support @ $79/month.

Do I have to sign a contract? Absolutely not. We hate contracts and all the legal jargon that comes with them as much as you do. With ChiroFusion, you simply pay as you go on a month-to-month basis and can cancel at any time with 7-days written notice. Of course it would make us sad to see you leave us. Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or credits on a purchase.
