Implementation & Migration

Q. Can you migrate the data from my current EHR software to ChiroFusion?
A. The only data that can be migrated from one EHR software to another are Demographics (name, address, phone, DOB, SSN, etc..). Medical records and accounting ledgers cannot be migrated regardless of the system. We recommend exporting these from your current software and storing them in a HIPAA compliant cloud folder such as Google Drive or Dropbox. With that said, we are able to migrate your Demographic data and would just need a copy of your data file in .CSV or Excel format to do so. Data migrations are typically done after training has been completed.
Training & Support
Q. How much training do you offer?
A. All clients, regardless of the plan you are one, receive 5 one-hour live training sessions on our software. We will walk you through our entire software program and answer any questions or concerns you have related to its use. All clients also have access to our complete series of video training tutorials that will help to reinforce what is taught during our live sessions.
Q. How is training provided?
A. Training sessions consist 5 of one-hour sessions using a secure, remote connection to your computer.
Q. Is there an extra cost for training?
A. No there isn’t. All clients, regardless of the plan they choose, are offered 5 hours of live training.
Q. How does support work?
A. Our support department is available 24/7 365 days a year. ChiroFusion is the only chiropractic software vendor to offer this level of service to our clients. Live support (phone and web-based) is available to clients on our DC Pro and DC Platinum plans. Clients who are on a DC Plus subscription have access to our Help Center resources including an online user manual, video tutorials, and a FAQ section with solutions. DC Plus clients do not have access to live support.
