Q. What's the difference between your monthly plans?

A. All plans include our complete practice management software. Our DC Plus plan is geared towards those who are self-learners and don’t require live support. With this plan clients have access to our knowledgebase, on-demand video tutorials, and online user manual. Our DC Pro plan includes everything offered in our DC Plus plan plus live support. Our DC Platinum Plan is our premium offering for those looking to take their practice to the next level. It includes everything we offer at a discounted rate.

Q. Do I need any additional or special hardware to run ChiroFusion?

A. ChiroFusion doesn’t require any additional hardware or complicated configurations to run because it’s 100% cloud-based. You simply open your internet browser from any PC, Mac or Tablet and log into your practice. It’s really that simple! Those other guys will have you purchasing new servers and configuring complicated networks with firewalls before their server-based software can even be installed. 

Q. Can I switch plans if I decide to upgrade or downgrade at a later time?

A. Sure! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you are a new doctor or just think you’ll need some extra hand-holding in the beginning, we recommend starting out with a plan that includes support. Having support means that we are available to help you 24/7 365 days a year. 

Q. Can you migrate the data from my current EHR software into ChiroFusion?

A. We can transfer demographic data from your current system to ours. Medical records and accounting ledgers cannot be migrated from one system to another. We recommend exporting these from your current software and storing them in a HIPAA compliant cloud folder such as Google Drive or Dropbox. 

Q. Are electronic claims and ERAs included with your practice management software?

A. Through our clearinghouse partner Office Ally, we offer our clients the ability to submit claims and receive ERAs directly through our software. ChiroFusion is currently the only chiropractic EHR software offering this type of integration which will save you time and money. If < 50% of your claims are government-based there is no additional fee for this service. If > 50% of your claims are government based or you bill non-par Payers, Office Ally will bill you a nominal fee of $35/mo. These prices are subject to change at the discretion of Office Ally. 

Q. Can you tell me more about your training and support options?

A. All clients receive 5 hours of live, one-on-one training with our friendly and knowledgeable team of training specialists. Additionally, all clients also have access to our complete library of video tutorials that include step-by-step instructions for all features of our practice management software and access to our online user manual. We also offer live phone and 24/7 web-based support for clients with a support plan. 

Q. Do you charge more for additional users?

A. You can add an unlimited number of staff users at no cost. This includes front desk staff, CA’s, and billing personnel. There is an extra monthly charge to add additional Providers to your practice. The cost is dependent on the number and type of Providers you are wanting to add. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. Those other guys will force you to sign a long-term contract. You’ll probably realize that you hate their software a month or two into your contact, with no way out. We like you a lot, but we’re not ready for a commitment right now. So how about we just win you back every month with an awesome product and service? Sound fair? If you should ever decide to leave us, we only ask that you provide us with 7 days written notice. 

Q. How long will it take my office to be fully up and running with ChiroFusion?

A. Because we are 100% web-based, we offer the quickest and easiest EHR implementation in the industry. Most offices are fully up and running in just 2-3 weeks. 

Q. Is there a setup fee, and if so, can you waive it?

A. There is a $495 setup which covers our initial on-boarding costs. If we were to discount or waive this fee, we’d be operating at a loss from the start and would likely have to make cuts elsewhere in the company to make up for the deficit (something we don’t want to do). All things considered, we’re confident you won’t find a better value for your practice than ChiroFusion.

Q. If I ever decide to leave you guys, what happens to my data?

A. ChiroFusion includes a built-in data export feature that allows you to export your practice data at any time. You own your data. It’s that simple!
